Do I have to be a member to use the site?
No, it's free to view Property Listings on the site.

How do I register on Global Sales and Rentals?
Click the *Register* button to display the Registration Page Fill in all the details - Please make sure that you type in your correct email address Click the *Submit* button Select your Package - either Agency or a Private Advertiser Click the *Submit* button You will then be automatically logged in and ready to start uploading your property listings. Click on *Click* *Here to Post a New Property Listing* Fill in all the details and click *Submit*

What happens if I do not complete the Registration Process?
You will be asked to select your Package - either Agency or a Private Advertiser, next time you login.

How long does my Registration last for?
12 months

What happens after 12 months?
You will be sent an email, just before your 12 months is up, asking if you would like to renew your account


Why do I have to give my name, address, email address and telephone number when I register?

This is part of the Registration process, should we need to contact you.

Only your name and telephone number will be displayed on the site.

All other information is kept strictly private.

What size do the photographs have to be?
Not larger than 300 pixels wide If you need help resizing your photographs, please contact us

How do I amend a Property Listing?

Login - a list of all your Property Listings will be displayed

Click on the Property Listing you want to amend, to display all the details

Click on Edit

Make the changes and then click Submit

Then click Finished

How do I contact an advertiser?

Click on the blue @ sign to send an email

For a limited time only it is totally free. After this initial launch period you can choose which pricing level you wish to use. Please see our Fees page for more details.

What if I have a property and the Country is not included when I try to post a new listing?
Just let us know and we will add the country to our lists

Who can see my personal details on globalsalesandrentals.com?
Nobody can see your personal details, apart from your first name and telephone numbers which will be displayed as part of the Property Listing. All other information is kept strictly confidential

What do I do if I find someone is abusing the system?
If you find anyone who you believe is abusing the system please notify us by email
